For Kristine Cardinale, Florida has always felt like home. Originally from Pennsylvania, she began visiting Sanibel and Southwest Florida with her family in the early 1980s as they invested in seasonal residences and vacation properties. Her connection to hospitality began even earlier, growing up in a family that owned the iconic Lehigh Valley Lobster House, Cossie Snyders Corner, for more than 30 years. From those early experiences, Kristine learned the value of genuine hospitality, hard work, and taking care of people. Her path to real estate was anything but ordinary. Kristine served in the U.S. Army National Guard as an Automated Logistics Supply Specialist and graduated from the U.S. Army Quartermaster School at Fort Lee, Virginia. Following 9/11, she served on Active Duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as a Task Force Keystone Logistical Integration Support Team Administrative NCO in the USAREUR Theater. Her meritorious service and exceptional administrative support earned her the Army Achievement Medal. Returning to Sanibel and Captiva in 2004, Kristine found her true professional calling in real estate. She began in marketing at one of the Islands' premier real estate firms before becoming a licensed Florida Realtor in 2006. Working alongside some of the area's most successful agents and teams provided her with an invaluable understanding of the market, the business, and—most importantly—the level of service clients deserve. Since 2011, Kristine has proudly served Sanibel, Captiva, and the Fort Myers coastal communities at John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate as a consistent Top Producer. She brings an exceptional combination of local knowledge, strategic marketing, meticulous attention to detail, and a remarkable network of trusted resources. Kristine believes that real estate is about far more than buying or selling a property—it is about relationships, trust, and helping people navigate important life decisions with confidence.
