Landon Soulard is a Naples born real estate professional who brings a rare combination of local insight, financial expertise, disciplined sales leadership, and deep market analysis to Southwest Florida. A graduate of Florida State University, Landon attended on an academic scholarship and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance before beginning his career in New York City at Bank of New York, one of the country’s oldest and most respected financial institutions.

From 2021 to 2026, Landon worked within the firm’s investment management division, advancing from Internal Wholesaler to Team Lead to Assistant Sales Desk Manager. He consistently delivered 30%+ year over year territory growth and achieved the highest performance rating out of his peers for calendar year 2024 and 2025, sharpening the analytical, negotiation, and client relationship skills that now define his real estate approach.

Born and raised in Naples, Landon offers firsthand knowledge of the local market, from the character of each neighborhood to the lifestyle that attracts people to Southwest Florida. Now back home building a real estate business with his father, he combines Wall Street-level discipline with deep community roots. Landon has also been active in philanthropy, serving as a Junior Board Member for the Expect Miracles Foundation, helping raise funds for cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and financial assistance programs for current cancer patients.
