Lauren Rossi is the team lead of Gulf Coast Luxury Group at John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, where she leads a team of eight real estate professionals serving clients across Southwest Florida. She also serves on the Technology Advisory Council at John R. Wood, helping shape the tools and systems that support agents across the brokerage.

With six years in the industry, Lauren has established herself as a go-to expert in luxury properties across Naples and the surrounding area. Her growth has been swift and recognized: earning the Gold production designation in her first year at John R. Wood and Platinum in her second, with year over year growth every year since. Her 14-year background in marketing gives her clients a distinct advantage, from how a property is positioned and presented to how it reaches the right buyers.

The majority of Lauren's business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a reflection of the trust she has built through honest counsel, ethical practices, and relentless client advocacy. A New York native whose family vacationed along the Gulf Coast for years, Lauren has witnessed the transformation of Naples and Marco Island firsthand. As a proud Naples resident for over 11 years, she is actively involved in supporting local businesses, charities, and nonprofits through her work with City Lifestyle Naples.

Outside of real estate, Lauren enjoys working out, practicing yoga, and exploring Naples' dining scene. Her love of music and travel takes her across the country during the off-season, and at home she is a devoted pet parent to her dog, Frank.
