Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Lea O'Brien has a deep connection to Southwest Florida and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that makes this area such a special place to call home. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Florida Gulf Coast University, Lea built her career around helping others, creating meaningful connections, and guiding people through important moments in their lives.  

Before beginning her real estate career, Lea spent many years on Sanibel Island planning weddings and creating unforgettable experiences for her clients. This experience strengthened her ability to listen, anticipate needs, manage countless details, communicate effectively, and remain calm while nagivating important life events - skills that have naturally translated into helping her real estate clients achieve their goals.  

With nearly eight years of experience in real estate, Lea is passionate about providing exceptional service, clear communication, and a personalized experience for every client. She believes that buying, selling, or investing in a home or property is about much more than the transaction - it is about understanding each person's unique story, goals, and the next chapter they are working towards. Lea takes time to truly get to know her clients so she can provide guidance and create a strategy tailored to their individual needs.

She stays current with changes in contracts, industry practices, and market trends so she can provide her clients with knowledgeable guidance and confidence throughout the process. Through her experience working with international sellers and alongside a Certified Acceptance Agent, Lea has developed a strong understanding of FIRPTA-related requirements and the additional considerations that can arise in certain real estate transactions.  

As a mother of two beautiful children, Lea understands that a home is much more than a property - it is where memories are created, families grow, and new beginnings take shape. She brings that same level of care, attention, and commitment into every client relationship.  

Outside of real estate, Lea enjoys taking full advantage of the Southwest Florida lifestyle. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it is at the beach, boating, hiking, biking, or exploring everything the area has to offer. She has participated in many community events, triathlons, half marathons, 5ks and continues to embrace a lifestyle focused on health, personal growth, and always becoming a better version of herself.  

Lea's three mini Austrailian Sheperds keep her active and add plenty of adventure to everyday life. Whether helping clients find the perfect home, selling a longtime residence, finding a great vacation rental, or relocating to Southwest Florida, Lea is dedicated to providing trusted guidance, genuine care, and an exceptional real estate experience built on communication, integrity, and commitment.
