Linda Ann Ventura is a Nationally Board Certified Special Education teacher who dedicated more than 34 years to helping students reach their fullest potential. In addition to her distinguished career in education, she served as an adjunct professor at Roberts Wesleyan College for 9 years, where she taught Models of Instruction in the Master’s program, mentoring future educators in effective teaching practices.

After retiring from education, Linda Ann brought her passion for people and lifelong commitment to service into real estate. Beginning her training as a single agent, she quickly embraced the fiduciary responsibilities required to represent clients with the highest level of integrity. Her background as an educator equipped her with exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills—qualities that continue to set her apart in her work with buyers and sellers alike.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Linda Ann and her husband enjoy frequent overseas travel, especially to Ireland, where their daughter and her family have lived for more than 18 years. This love of family, travel, and connection underscores everything she does, both personally and professionally.
