Originally from the Northwest Indiana/Chicago land area, Lisa C. Chlumsky obtained her real estate license in 2003. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and she was a college athlete.

Originally from the Northwest Indiana/Chicago land area, Lisa C. Chlumsky obtained her real estate license in 2003. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and she was a college athlete.

Before practicing real estate, Lisa was a cardiovascular specialist in the pharmaceutical industry during which time she invested in and accumulated a large portfolio of waterfront properties that she renovated and later sold. Lisa has also subdivided, engineered, and developed a single-family residential neighborhood. This experience has given Lisa perspective on several sides of real estate transactions: the buyer, the seller, and the developer. Professionalism, accessibility, and unwavering ethics, along with top-notch follow through are Lisa's priorities and commitment with all of her clients.

Lisa and her family have a strong history and presence in the Port Royal/Olde Naples area in Southwest Florida, owning beachfront and waterfront property in Port Royal and in the Olde Naples Third Street Shopping District for over 60 years. In the Fort Myers area, Lisa has experience and specializes in luxury and waterfront properties for over 20 years. She is a member of the Royal Palm Fort Myers Board of REALTORS® and a member of National Association of REALTORS®.

Lisa is a member of The Notre Dame Club, the chair of the Welcoming Committee of The Harborage, on the United Way Allocations committee, and is active in the Master Division of USA Track and Field for the Javelin throw. She has a passion for philanthropy and attends several charitable events for United Way, Salvation Army and project Dentistry. She believes in giving as much as possible to St Jude's.

When Lisa has spare time, she likes to spend time with her three children. Her oldest daughter was an athlete at Notre Dame and is now living in New York City and works with a private equity firm on Park Avenue. Her son is a software Engineering graduate from FGCU Whitaker College of Engineering and is attending Georgetown Univeristy to complete his Masters in Finance. Her third child, Lauren, is in the 10th grade at Bishop Verot Catholic High School and active with volleyball, track and field, and horseback riding/jumping. Lisa's hobbies include binge-watching Netflix, book club, bunco club, traveling anywhere, especially in Europe, and wine.
