Real estate has been a big part of Marc Taglieri's life for many years, both professionally and personally. Marc and his wife, Christine, are active real estate investors, so he understands firsthand what it's like to buy, improve, manage, and ultimately sell a property. That experience gives him a perspective that goes well beyond simply putting a home on the market. As a REALTOR® with John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate, Marc focuses on Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Estero, and Bonita Springs, with a particular passion for the Southwest Florida coastal lifestyle, luxury lifestyle communities, and waterfront property. Before entering real estate, Marc spent 15 successful years in Educational Leadership and Athletics. He then spent nine years with Pulte Homes in sales and sales management, where he gained extensive experience working with buyers, sellers, and new construction, and with the many details that go into a successful real estate transaction. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 360 transactions representing over $170 million in sales volume. He has also developed deep knowledge of residential construction, from initial design and planning through the building process, completion, and closing. Marc was honored to be named the SWFL Building Industry Association Salesperson of the Year in 2021 and Pulte Homes Sales Consultant of the Year in 2022. His approach to real estate is simple: listen to his clients, give them honest advice, and make sure they understand their options. Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a longtime residence, looking for an investment property, building new, or improving their existing home, Marc brings real-world experience and a personal commitment to every transaction. Marc and Christine have faced many of the same decisions his clients face as homeowners and investors, and he believes that perspective matters.
