Maria Estrella was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and a Master’s degree in Service Business Management, which have provided a strong foundation in customer service and client experience. 

Maria spent 12 years with LATAM Airlines, where she served as an onboard manager and developed a passion for delivering exceptional service. Throughout her aviation career, she received several prestigious recognitions including Best Cabin Crew in Ecuador (2012), the Service Leadership Award (2006), and LATAM Holding’s “Star Crew Member” award (2012), honoring excellence across multiple countries in Latin America. Prior to her aviation career, Maria worked as an event coordinator at Four Points by Sheraton, where she further strengthened her organizational abilities and client relations expertise.

Today, Maria is focused on building a successful career in real estate. She was recognized as a Top Agent at her previous brokerage for two consecutive years, 2024 and 2025. She is highly driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping buyers find the right home while ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Outstanding customer service remains at the center of everything she does, and she is committed to giving her clients and professional growth her very best.

On a personal level, Maria is a proud wife and mother in a blended family of six, with four daughters who are her greatest motivation. She and her family enjoy an active and joyful life, surrounded by their pets and guided by strong family values. Her faith and family are the foundation of everything she does.
