Marianne Fechter brings 27 years of experience in luxury residential construction as an owner and COO. She is well known by her real estate clients for selling and undertanding the "True Value", and how to sell and explain the value of residential properties.
Marianne has mentored sales teams within her own company throughout her 27 years, and was contracted by other industries to mentor sales teams such as the boating industry, the outdoor industy and woman's leadership organizations.
In addition to construction, sales and marketing, Marianne has spent time in the outdoor industry as "the first woman in fishing".
She is a renouned public speaker with over 500 seminars in the last 15 years.
Marianne has a long history of giving back to the community with organizations such as Fishing Has No Boundaries, National Professional Anglers Association, Make a Wish Foundation and Wounded Warriors on the Water.
