Mary's passion for sales and helping others began at just 10 years old in Warren, Michigan, when she sold toys and candy door-to-door to raise money for a young boy in need of a kidney transplant. That experience reflected the compassion, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit that continue to define her today.

Before launching her successful real estate career, Mary attended the prestigious Tobe-Coburn School on Madison Avenue in New York City and entered the exciting world of fashion. Her talent and dedication led her to become Vice President of Sales for a leading international Fashion Trend Forecasting Service. In that role, she traveled extensively throughout France, England, Germany, Switzerland, and Australia, building lifelong relationships while developing a keen understanding of market trends, negotiation, and exceptional client service.

After several successful years in Manhattan, Mary and her family relocated to Westchester County, New York. When it came time to sell her apartment on East 52nd Street, she handled the transaction herself. The experience ignited a passion that would change the course of her career—real estate.
