Having raised her family in Fort Myers, Melissa knows firsthand what makes this area such a special place to call home and enjoys helping others discover the communities and lifestyle that make Southwest Florida unique.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Melissa spent more than 25 years in government consulting and military education, where she developed a reputation for organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and helping others navigate important decisions. She earned her bachelor's degree in business management from Columbia College and brings that same business-minded approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to service to every real estate transaction.

Today, Melissa works with buyers and sellers throughout Southwest Florida, with experience in residential homes, condominiums, investment properties, vacant land, and 55+ communities. She takes the time to understand each client's individual needs and goals, providing thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a strategy tailored to their situation. Whether preparing a property for the market, analyzing pricing and market conditions, negotiating an offer, or helping a buyer find the right home and community, Melissa strives to be a knowledgeable and dependable resource from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys staying active in the local community, including through her involvement with the Zonta Club of Sanibel-Captiva. She also enjoys taking advantage of the Florida sunshine through paddleboarding, biking, and running outdoors.
