Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Paulina is a proud graduate of Santiago College, a prestigious bilingual school with an international curriculum. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science in 1986 from the Escuela de la Ciencia de Computación, with a concentration in programming.

Her journey took her from Chile to New York, where she studied art and embraced the opportunity to travel extensively across the United States, Asia, the Caribbean, and South America. These experiences not only broadened her worldview but also allowed her to cultivate a diverse and far-reaching network of friendships and professional connections.

Paulina moved to Naples, Florida in 1994 and proudly became a U.S. citizen. Deeply committed to her community, she has volunteered in the Collier County School System and continues to be an engaged local resident. 

Paulina began her real estate career in 2005, initially focusing on new construction sales. Since then, Paulina has built a reputation for offering a highly personalized approach to real estate, emphasizing exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients’ needs.

Whether working with buyers or sellers, Paulina’s goal is to help her clients not just find a house—but discover a lifestyle they truly love.

Outside of real estate, Paulina enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, and playing tennis, both socially and competitively.
