Before launching her real estate career, Rachael earned a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and spent seven years working as a NICU nurse. Her background in healthcare uniquely prepared her for success in real estate, equipping her with exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and always advocating for her clients' best interests and making their goals her top priority.
