Rick Faby joined JRW after 40 years in the financial service industry, managing brokerage firms and helping individuals achieve their financial goals. Rick has been an active real estate investor since 1981. Rick is a Realtor with the Lauren Faby Team at John R. Wood and works out of the Central Office to provide his clients with a unique financial perspective on their investments and opportunities.

On a personal note, Rick has 3 children and 4 step-children. When he moved to Naples, it was important to him to give back to the community. Rick is the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Barron Collier High School and the National Schoolgirls Gulf Coast Team. Rick is an active supporter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as a coach. He embraces the Naples Lifestyle, playing golf and pickleball and strolling on the beautiful beaches of Naples.
