With nearly 30 years of experience in residential real estate and over 25 years in leadership as a Managing Broker, Sales Trainer, and Coach, Roger Morris consistently delivers outstanding results and white-glove service. He began his real estate career in Alaska, where he and his wife spent 17 years exploring the state's rugged beauty. During that time, Roger joined a real estate firm, quickly becoming one of the company's top-producing agents and earning recognition in the Top 6% nationwide. His success in sales soon led to leadership roles as a Sales Manager, where he coached and mentored fellow agents toward excellence.

In 2010, Roger made the decision to move back home to Southwest Florida to be closer to family and continue his real estate career in the region where he grew up. He joined a real estate company based in Sarasota, where he served as Sales Manager, leading agents in the luxury market under prestigious affiliations with Christie's International Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.

Roger's commitment to raising the bar in real estate is reflected in his service as a Florida Realtors® Teaching Faculty Member and a Florida-licensed Real Estate Instructor. He has also served as a Board Member and Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for his local Association of REALTORS®, roles that underscore his passion for professionalism, ethics, and excellence in the industry.

Having grown up in Bonita Springs and now living in Cape Coral, Florida, Roger brings deep-rooted local knowledge to every transaction. He proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Lee, Charlotte, and Collier Counties, specializing in both residential and waterfront properties. As a lifelong boater and sailor, Roger understands the unique considerations of waterfront living, offering clients expert guidance shaped by personal experience.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Roger is deeply committed to community service. For over 10 years, he has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity in both Lee and Charlotte Counties, contributing to new home builds and helping families achieve the dream of homeownership.

Married for over 33 years and a proud father to a 26-year-old daughter, Roger enjoys exploring the beauty of Southwest Florida with his wife, whether it is kayaking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the lifestyle that makes this region so special.
