Ron began his career in real estate in 1991 with a small local California company, quickly becoming a highly productive agent, then an owner of a franchise brokerage and President of the marketing council. Selling his ownership, Ron progressed through the roles of manager, general manager, vice president, senior vice president, and interim CEO with a few small and large organizations. 

Ron holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Development and was a working professional trumpet player for several years before and during his first few years in real estate. Continuous improvement, growth by collaboration, and dedication to the careers of his peers are the components where John R. Wood, Christie's International Real Estate, and Ron continue to find a magical partnership.
