Sandra joined The Ludgate Team at John R. Wood Properties in April 2022, and the team now has more than 100 years of combined experience in real estate sales, new construction development, and property management. Sandra joined The Ludgate Team at John R. Wood Properties in April 2022, and the team now has more than 100 years of combined experience in real estate sales, new construction development, and property management. She studied at the Parsons School of Design in New York City with a concentration in Interior Design which afforded her the opportunities to work with an Interior Design company in Soho, NYC, and an independently owned architectural firm where she honed her skills as a designer. These opportunities are where her entrepreneurial spirit was born, and Sandra went on to build a cliental base and designed the interiors of luxury homes in Bergen County, New Jersey, for over two decades. She is excited to be able to cultivate relationships with clients in Southwest Florida and advise them on their journey to making the most important real estate decision. She is looking forward to combining her passion for interior design and her penchant for taking the blank canvas of a room and transforming it into an oasis to help clients complete the home staging, purchasing, and designing experience.

Sandra is fluent in the Korean language, and she loves to dabble with recipes where she can infuse Asian flavors in her cooking; the spicier the better. She also makes a mean pesto sauce which she uses as a base to make personal-sized pizzas, frequently requested at her home. Sandra lives in Naples with her teacup poodle, Louis, two human sons, and a husband named Paul.

Fun facts: Sandra enjoys golf in her spare time and is a member of the Ladies League at NLCC. In 2019, she had her first hole in one, and she is still chasing for more every time she goes out for a round. She even took lessons for a year just so she could defeat her husband. Sandra believes she missed her calling as a professional player and dreams of touring with the LPGA. She did, however, have an eagle recently.
