Shannon Livingston is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, has lived in several states across the country, and has been in Naples, Florida with her son Joe since 2007. She first joined John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate in 2008 and started her real estate career in residential and yacht club sales.         

Shannon has a strong presence in the community and is known for her media and service to non-profits. She hosts podcasts, emcees events, and as a licensed auctioneer, she raises money for charities in Southwest Florida and across the country. 

She owns a staging and design company that provides complimentary service to her customers and helps other Realtors elevate their listings. 

When Shannon is not working, she can be found driving around in her Tiger Jeep asking people if she can pet their dogs.
