With 24 years of experience guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate market from Venice down through Fort Myers, Florida, Sheila Meeks has built her career on one simple principle: real estate is personal. Sheila and her husband relocated to Charlotte County in 2002 and fell in love with the area almost immediately — the beautiful waters stretching from Manasota Beach to Charlotte Harbor and beyond, the waterfront dining, and the impeccably groomed golf courses that make this stretch of the Gulf Coast so special. That love for the area only deepened over time, and today it fuels the passion she brings to helping others discover it for themselves. When she's not working with clients, you'll likely find her out on the water boating, on the golf course, or relaxing at the beach — she's also a former avid tennis player who still appreciates a well-played match.

Before real estate, Sheila spent nearly 20 years building a career in the hospitality industry, managing major properties including a Holiday Inn Conference Resort, Radisson hotels, and a Marriott. She rose through the ranks from Director of Catering to Director of Sales, eventually becoming Co-Vice President of the management company overseeing two Radisson hotels. That background in high-level service, operations, and client relations gives Sheila a rare edge in real estate — she knows how to manage complex transactions with precision while making every client feel like a priority.
