Simone Student is a seasoned Broker Associate with nearly three decades of real estate experience, combining an international perspective, strong business acumen, marketing expertise, and a highly personalized approach to serving buyers and sellers throughout the Naples luxury market.

Originally from Europe, Simone earned her BA from the University of Westminster in London and her MBA from Solvay Business School, Université Libre de Bruxelles. She began her professional career in advertising and test marketing in Belgium, an experience that continues to influence the strategic way she approaches real estate marketing today.

After relocating from Brussels to the Philadelphia area in the mid-1990s, Simone experienced firsthand the value an exceptional real estate professional could bring to someone establishing a life in a new place. She earned her real estate license and began her career in Wayne, Pennsylvania and worked in corporate relocation, assisting executives and their families with major moves.

Her international perspective is also deeply personal. Simone has lived in London, Guernsey, Brussels, Philadelphia, Milan, Paris, Düsseldorf, and Marbella. Those experiences give her a genuine understanding of relocation and of the many considerations that go into choosing not simply a property, but a community, lifestyle, and place to call home.

Throughout those years, Naples, Florida remained a constant. Simone first discovered Naples in 1991, maintained a home and connection to the area for many years, and chose to make Naples her full-time home in 2007. Today, Simone specializes in luxury homes, condominiums, and new construction throughout Naples and the surrounding Southwest Florida market.

For sellers, Simone combines nearly three decades of real estate experience with her MBA and advertising background to approach each property strategically. She considers pricing, presentation, positioning, the competitive landscape, and the likely buyer. Her philosophy is that a home should not simply be placed on the market—it should be “thoughtfully positioned to distinguish it from the competition and communicate its value to the right buyer”.

For buyers, Simone takes an equally consultative approach. Rather than simply finding properties to show, she listens carefully to understand how her clients want to live and helps them evaluate properties, communities, market values, and long-term considerations. Her goal is to provide candid advice, experienced negotiation, and attentive representation so her clients can make confident real estate decisions.
