Representing the finest in beachfront properties in the Park Shore and surrounding Naples' areas, Suzanne H. Klym has the perfect combination of real estate expertise and a down-to-earth nature that provides her customers with both a rewarding and pleasurable real estate experience.

A graduate of Purdue University, Suzanne worked in corporate sales ranging from communications to pharmaceuticals before returning to the family business. As a second-generation REALTOR®, Suzanne works as the Naples' extension of the SALEmaker Team working alongside her sister and mother who are based in Cleveland, Ohio.

A Naples resident since 2006, Suzanne began her career as a property appraiser before becoming a REALTOR® at John R Wood Christie's International Real Estate. As a State Certified Residential Property Appraiser, she has spent the past 17+ years analyzing and evaluating homes in Southwest Florida. Her extensive background in this field has given her in-depth knowledge of the Naples real estate market, making her an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers. 

Suzanne has been recognized at John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate as either a Diamond or Emerald Top Producer for the past 10+ years. She has also served on the Board of Directors at John R. Wood and has been consistently recognized as one of the top-grossing single real estate agents at the company and in the area.

Suzanne has been a resident of Park Shore for over 17 years with her family and has served on their association board since 2018. She has also served on several boards in the community including numerous Student Advisory Councils for the local schools.
