A real estate professional since 1988, Teresa Rucker specializes in the Bonita Springs, Village of Estero, and Naples, Florida markets. She is well respected among her clients for the patient and honest guidance she provides, as well as her ability to break down the real estate process into an experience that is manageable, understandable, and even enjoyable - which it should be.

In 1989, she became general manager of a new construction community in addition to continuing her broad real estate career, where she trained agents and directed/coordinated outside sales. Teresa then transitioned to site sales, where she spent 14 years successfully working in the new home construction industry, specializing in luxury homes and high-rise sales. Those years included two prestigious private golf course communities in Bonita Springs, Bonita Bay and Shadow Wood at The Brooks. She transitioned into general real estate as a Sales Associate and is now with John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, allowing her to represent The Enclave Of Distinction, an enclave of 27 coastal-designed, new-construction homes. Since the sellout of the initial phase of the community, Teresa has concentrated on her general real estate career, representing past and new clients.

Teresa's ongoing commitment to excellence in real estate is demonstrated through her professional designations, including Graduate, REALTOR^® Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation.

She has received the John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate's Emerald and Diamond Circle of Excellence awards, as well as the Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS® Platinum Sales Excellence Award.
