These experiences have equipped her with the tools, systems, and perspective needed to guide clients through a seamless real estate journey.

Trish approaches every transaction with a problem-solving mindset. Whether she is providing industry insight, identifying the right community, staging a property, or negotiating strategically to maximize return, she manages each detail with diligence and care. Her priority is always her clients’ best interests, and she works tirelessly to deliver results that support their goals.

Recognizing that every client’s needs are unique, Trish brings empathy, discernment, and creativity to each engagement. She fosters open, collaborative communication and tailors her strategy to the nuances of each situation. Her negotiation style emphasizes understanding the bottom-line objectives of all parties, allowing her to guide clients confidently toward successful outcomes.

A daughter of Italian immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, Trish Biehl was born and raised in South Philadelphia. Fluent in Italian, she began her career in marketing within the marine shipping industry before moving into sales in the railroad transportation sector, working with Conrail, CSXT, and Wells Fargo Rail in Chicago, Illinois. After taking time to raise her son, she entered the real estate industry and ultimately settled in Florida, where she made Sanibel her home.

Outside of real estate, Trish enjoys sewing, gardening, and exploring the island on her Vespa. She is also an avid golfer who often pursues that elusive perfect round alongside her husband, Ric.

Trish Biehl holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations from Temple University and has completed coursework in Interior Design at the College of DuPage. With nearly two decades of experience in remodeling, decorating, and staging homes, she brings both professional expertise and creative vision to every client she serves.
