Victor Asencio was Career Development Director at Premiere Plus Realty and also worked as Vice President of Business Development for Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate in Naples, Florida. At the Naples Board of REALTORS®, he served on the Grievance and Professional Standards committees. While living in Sunny Isles, Florida, Victor was Branch Manager for Optimar International Realty and worked in sales with Keller Williams. He also brings vast experience in technology as he worked for Apple Inc. as Business Acquisitions Manager, specializing in training on the implementation of digital systems for real estate agents and brokerages.

Victor has a passion for helping people and prides himself on being a solution-oriented person. Originally from Puerto Rico, Victor moved to Florida in 1980. He is a graduate of Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, Georgia – the same academy from where our founder John R. Wood graduated! Victor later earned a Business Administration degree from Ft. Lauderdale College and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Victor and his lovely wife Patricia, moved to Southwest Florida in 2014 to make Naples their new home. They have four wonderful children, five beautiful granddaughters, and one grandson. He loves spending quality time with his friends and family and gets great satisfaction from volunteering at the local community church.

Victor is a high-energy, positive-thinking encourager, who loves family, is an eager learner, values simplicity, and is always having fun in a respectful and professional manner.
