Originally from New York's Upper East Side, Win Peniston has been working in real estate marketing and sales for nearly 20 years, and half of that time has been in Florida. He is a REALTOR® and has kept his license with the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR®) since 2016.

In New York, Win was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development for a 100-person, real estate-focused marketing agency. In 2013, he moved to Miami to be the Director of Marketing at Fortune International Group where he supervised marketing and communications for a variety of high-profile condominium projects. He attained his Florida license at that time.

In 2016, Win was recruited to join London Bay where he led a team to market and help sell single-family homes and condos at projects such as London Bay's Naples Collection of custom, luxury homes from Park Shore to Port Royal, Mediterra (North Naples), The Founders Club (Sarasota), and Grandview at Bay Beach - a 58-unit tower on the south end of Fort Myers Beach. In 2018, Win was awarded "Marketing Director of the Year" at the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) Sand Dollar Awards, in addition to numerous other awards for ad creative for London Bay, as well as Mediterra. Win helped London Bay sell more than $500 Million in real estate while leading his team there.

Win graduated with a B.A. cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1989. A proud father, Win has two daughters who have now graduated from the University of Wisconsin and Elon University in North Carolina. They are currently at Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California and at Outfront Media in New York, respectively. Win is an avid golfer and tennis player and enjoys cuisine from around the world.
