Bill was extremely professional and got up to speed very quickly in the complex we were looking to buy into. We spent two days looking at literally all the units that were for sale and each day prior he had come to preview each and arrange best route to take which made our days were that much more efficient. When it came time to putting in the offer, he provided analytics to make sure we knew historic pricing /appreciation. He made sure we had all HOA details/finances; he even read the bylaws to make sure he understood any nuances prior to putting in our offer. Negotiation was back and forth a few times, but he managed a lot verbally, which cut down on paper work. Finally, post acceptance, Bill took care of the inspection, took measurements, and handled the pre-close walk-through for us since we were out of state. We couldn’t have asked for a more helpful RE agent! Would gladly work with him again and highly recommend him to others!

Bill is the best realtor my husband and I have ever had. We have both bought and sold several properties throughout our lives. We felt like we were his only customers, but we knew he had several clients. Bill was very helpful with the purchase of our condo, as well as afterwards when we were wanting to get some minor work done. He gave us some great recommendations so we could achieve our repairs before heading back up north.
