We recently sold our condo unit through Robert, and were more than pleased with his guidance through the process. This was not a high end unit, but Robert accurately assessed the proper price point, leading to more than thirty showings in the space of a month, often with realtor comments that "the price is right." The process seemed more complicated than in the past when we bought the condo and a home in Emerald Lakes, in Naples, back in 1994, but he provided clear explanations, and stayed in constant contact with us. Robert is clearly a true professional who knows the Naples market, and puts the same amount of effort into a transaction, no matter what the final commission might be. He deserves a five star rating, and your most serious consideration when either buying or selling a property.

After working with 3 other agencies having NO success (engaging in 5 offer/negotiations with no success), Robert made all of the difference. While the market for homes in the $400k-$600k band has very limited supply "generally available," Robert was able to help us identify a home and negotiate a "win/win" with the seller before the home even made it to the market. That's a true professional and we would highly recommend him & the Vesci Real Estate Team!

Eight-hours-a-day Robert drove us from property-to-property; two Midwesterners who had never even visited Naples before this and had probably seemed at the time unlikely prospects for an actual sale anytime soon. What we know now that we didn’t know then was that in every case, the properties Robert showed us were top-of–the-line for the areas visited and at the price-point we were considering. He let us come to the conclusion ourselves, that what we had pictured in our minds’ eyes was going to cost considerably more than we had imagined; there was never any pressure or impatience on Robert’s part, just a thoughtful and judicious selection of the best properties available at each price level in a remarkably efficient market- place where a few degrees off-axis facing one direction or another, a couple of floors higher in a condominium stack or a few hundred feet closer to the beach can equate with cost differentials on the order of hundreds of thousands of dollars. We never felt we were being ‘sold’ ; Robert gave us an exhaustive and highly objective view of the market and let us decide for ourselves.By the end of our initial ‘recon’ week we had found exactly what we were looking for, submitted an offer shortly thereafter, endured a minimum of horse-trading with the seller, and had a completed purchase agreement within a week. We write this letter today from our new second home sixteen stories above Bay Colony overlooking a magnificent Gulf sunset. Had it not been for Robert, we’d probably still be looking, in a market that already has us feeling like we ‘got in just in time’. Both my wife and myself are grateful to have worked with a broker of the utmost honesty, integrity and dedication to his customers. From being at first our realtor we now consider Robert our first friend in Naples.

Alexander Downey was our agent and was very helpful in getting my parents' condo sold quickly. He offered suggestions about what prospective buyers might be looking for and helped us to make decisions based on his knowledge about the market. Alexander was very easy to work with and was readily available to answer questions or address my concerns. I would recommend the Vesci team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I also liked the ShowTime app which let me track the status of the property.
