Our just-completed condo sale through Mitch, just like our condo purchase through Mitch the preceding month, was flawless. We appreciate his staying on top of all the moving pieces from start to finish, which paved the way for a sale that could easily have gone off the tracks at many different points. It never did, and we closed smoothly yesterday.
