As I am sure you are aware, Monika has an exceptional knowledge of the market and the 1031 transaction activities. On our behalf, she understood our goals and became dedicated to our 45 day time line. Monika participated in our discussions with our Texas tax team. I know you will not be surprised with the favorable impression and confidence she left upon them. The sellers were placed in a comfortable structure where they could lease back their condominium while awaiting their new condominium due to be completed within 18 - 24 months. Interestingly enough, the seller's property was not even yet placed on the market. Monika is an excellent representative of what a realtor should be! She really understands the wishes and goals of her clients and then works tirelessly to find the perfect home. She worked with us for almost a year during this crazy real estate market and showed us all the possible communities within our geographic area. She took into account our interests, personalities and even our four legged family member. When we found the home of our dreams she continued to work to get us into the unit as it was under renovation and we ran into a number of delays. She has a natural style for listening & getting results in a non pushy manner. My husband and I would absolutely use Monika again.

Monika was great. She is very knowledgeable about the greater Naples area and was open to sharing pros and cons of various areas and developments all with a no pressure kind of approach. She was always available and got back to us right away with any questions we might have. She was patient with all of our numerous questions and she is also just a fun nice person to be around! She has been a wealth of knowledge both before and after closing, sharing resources for about every service you could think of. We would highly recommend Monika to anyone looking for an agent.
