Sandy is the best real estate agent that we have ever had. She produced as expected and spent much more time with us than necessary at the closings. Our attorneys office made a grave error in judgment after we purchased a new home and we ended up not closing after sitting there for over two hours. She came back the next day with us. Then, when we sold our condo we went through another two days at our attorneys office when closing. We will use her again if we purchase more real estate.

Sandy was a great help to me. I inherited my parents' home and when I wanted to sell, I wanted someone who could handle everything without me having to be in Florida. She was able to get all of the work done on the home that the buyer requested and get us through settlement without me having to take time out of my family's life to have to come down and make sure things were being done. I really appreciate her hard work.

Ms. Malone is an individual who exemplifies professionalism in her field. She is knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented and someone who listens and synthesizes your needs. Her main goal is that her clients reach their objectives with the least amount of stress. My family and friends have obtained her services over the years and she maintains the same consistency whether it is an entry level condo or a million dollar plus property. We met Sandy at an Open House and loved the property she was showing. We signed a contract on that property that day. As we went through the process of purchasing the property, she stayed on top of things and was very responsive. As issues arose, she was very helpful in getting them resolved. It was a pleasure working with her.
