In the process of house hunting over the past year, we have had the incredible luck of having Lynn Bower as our agent. Having spent 18 years in the customer service business I like to think I am well versed in the art of customer service and the levels that are expected by people. Lynn managed to exceed them all. Aside from the standard realtor services one would expect, Lynn proceeded to rewrite that book. She did research on the school districts we were interested. She found curriculums and principle ratings that made it easy to pick a district. She went so far as trying to set up a school visit. She dug deep and got us the info we needed to make an educated decision. And her intel did not disappoint. The home we wanted and looked for is now ours. In closing, if cloning was a legitimate avenue, Lynn would have a few hundred of her and I would open a realty agency. T and M, Naples FL

December 2010 We visited Naples, FL for 4 years looking for the right condo in the right location at the right price. While other Realtors showed us what they had listed instead of what we wanted, Lynn listened and found exactly what we were looking for. We signed a contract in two weeks and she was extraordinary in follow-up through the closing and even renting it after closing. Lynn is a fantstic Realtor, she brought us to Naples, was open almost 24 hours to respond to our concers, presented the city around, made the purchasing experience a pleasure, had recommendations on every need we had and keeeps talking to us after our purchase with the same decication. Lynn was very professional in all my dealings with her when I was looking for a condo in Naples.
