Jerry DiGiacomo, Mathew Vos, and the whole team are extremely good at what they do. They took the time to educate us and explain our options with us. We had a tricky situation coming from Tennessee, but Jerry and Mathew took us under their wings and made it happen! They went out of their way to ease all of our concerns and made sure we understood every hurdle we came across. Could not ask for a better team, and we will definitely be calling them for our next purchase.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Matthew Vos to sell our home in Naples. There are many realtors in SWFL to choose from and we are extremely happy that we chose Matthew. He came to our first meeting fully prepared with an extensive knowledge of SWFL, the current market conditions, inventory and our community. During our meeting he walked through the house with us and gave us great suggestions on how to best showcase our home's features. He has an amazing eye for details! We appreciate that he took the time to listen to our wants/needs and answered all of our questions. He gave a great presentation about his company and marketing strategy. We were sold and he immediately went to work on our listing. He had professional photos taken of our home, including aerial and high tech matterport photos. His description of our house was perfect and he even created special features and floor plan sheets. We were under contract in 3 days for full asking price! His work didn't stop there though. He continued to guide us through the process even showing up at closing. Matthew genuinely cares about his customers and it shows through his professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. On top of it all, he's just a really nice person! We definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.

Worst experience ever ! If you want to waste time and opportunities in a fast paced market, call Matthew Vos. We sold our home despite Matthew Vos' interference. Matthew Vos' incompetence and arrogance cost us three weeks in a market where three hours matters. If you are looking for someone to lie, manipulate, create utter chaos for no apparent reason Matthew Vos will definitely provide that. If you are hoping to sell your home in a timely manner without giving it away, don't call Matthew Vos. Matthew Vos' scientific analysis suggested we sell our home for $100,000 less than we sold it for. If you are looking for an incompetent, egotistical realtor that thinks he knows it all, call Matthew Vos. And when he gets caught in his lies he crosses his arms and stands behind his Broker. If you dare question Matthew Vos he'll give you a high five and walk out the door with a "Good Luck". In hindsight, we wish we had known we could have fired him ! If you are ok with being told the Buyer with a Full Price Cash Offer, was a waste of time, call Matthew Vos. If you are ok with lockboxes being compromised, keys being lost, showings being delayed, showings being interfered with, property being misrepresented, writing your own listing after a dozen corrections when he just didn't understand, providing your own pictures, providing a survey at your expense to prove the data he posted was incorrect, listening to out and out lies about your home at an open house, call Matthew Vos.

We had an incredible experience working with Matthew Voss. Matt patiently worked with us for 3 years to find our perfect 2nd home. He visited many, many homes for us since we are not located in Florida. The house we purchased was one we didn’t see until post inspection and weeks prior to closing, Matt perfected assessed the home for us and sent us detailed videos with comments on every aspect so we could but from afar. He did this for many homes and his work was appreciated and landed us an amazing property at a great price. The law firm handling our closing said Matt is one of the best to work with, and we agree.

Matt has been incredible to work with. He was extremely patient as we took our time to learn a new market. Not only did Matt educate us, he quickly learned our preferences and gave us great guidance on homes we should consider.
