Zach went way above the usual and customary level of service for a residential agent. I am a commercial broker and developer. I have been with my current firm for 22 years and have dealt with over a hundred agents selling over 700 hundred homes our Company has built. Never has an agent been so thoroughly involved in keeping the process moving and keeping both sides of the transaction fully informed each step of the way. Zack is a 5 star excellent realitor! He listens, advises and guides clients throughout the process. When we had questions or needed guidance, he responded quickly and with great patience. As clients we always felt supported in the process! Zack goes the extra mile for example helping to find service people for projects which need attention. We have worked with many realitors during our 50 year marriage and we both feel that Zack is the BEST! He sold both our properties in days very quickly! We have recommended him to many neighbors and friends! We have relocated to Idaho and say often how Zack has spoiled us! We met a couple here who want to retire as snowbirds to Naples. Our response, "We know an excellent realitor". He's that good and not surprising, he will get referrals even clean across the US.
