Our total experience with John R. wood is centered around our interaction with Alysia Testa. We listed our Livingston Lakes Condominium with Alysia in September. Alysia interacted with both of us. “Rob and Elaine” individually and as a group by text, phone and in-person. We brainstormed together and worked through a couple of ways to offer the condo, initially furnished and then with a lower price with the furnishings optional. Alysia hosted three open houses and was in contact with every realtor that hosted a showing to get feedback. Alysia by far was the best, most attentive and focused realtor I have encountered in my history of buying and selling several homes in my adult life. I highly recommend her.

Alysia was on top of every aspect of this process, and did a very professional job. Pricing was perfect. Pictures were beautiful. Open Houses worked well and she provided me with excellent feed back on all the attendees. In fact she recognized the eventual buyer as an excellent prospect from the first Open House! I couldn’t be happier! The whole process only took three weeks.

Alysia Testa spent a lot of time and patience with us as we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for and weren’t familiar with the area. She showed us an enormous amount of options during our three visits to the area until we found the place we wanted. Alysia went above and beyond in making sure she found the place for us and did much followup to make sure we had all the information we needed for our closing and moving in. Alysia was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. We moved out of the area and she went in and did some final touch ups, etc. after the movers left.
