We worked with Cindy to purchase a townhome at Blue Crab key. Cindy was a GREAT realtor to work with. Cindy made sure she stayed on top of any issues that needed to be addressed and kept us well informed in a timely manner. If you already have a realtor you are happy with, then great. But if you need a realtor on Pine Island or anywhere nearby, stop looking and give Cindy a call! Highly recommend her services!

I can’t say enough about Cindy other than she’s: prompt, professional, confident and very nice. Once given the referral to her while she was out of state with her husband, she stopped what she was doing and called the potential (at that time) buyer immediately. The buyer is a friend of mine so I was very picky who I was going to ask - I knew Cindy was perfect- and she was.

I felt very confident that my needs were met and that cindy would make sure everything worked out perfectly. It was a little stressful doing a full remote transaction (I am in NH) but Cindy was there at every turn making sure everything was perfect. Communication was impeccable and we were very lucky to be working with such a talented professional. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity we have and are looking forward to sunsetting and fishing on pine island. It really is a dream come true!
