We wanted to use a local agent on the island. Mike came highly recommended. We stopped in the office one morning and within an hour, he came out to look at our property. We signed on and everything went smoothly, especially when we had to return to our home state in an urgent time frame. He wrote a listing that marketed our home well, had an excellent professional photographer, and kept us updated on showings and advised us throughout the process.
