Sandra did a great job listing, marketing and selling our condo. She worked hard following up with prospective buyers and holding open houses. After she sold our condo she followed up and helped us move through the closing process. In addition Sandra helped us buy a new condo, guided us through the closing process and working with the title company.

After moving from NJ to Florida my wife and I began looking for a new home just days after our drive south. We went to many open houses before meeting Sandra and after leaving her open house my wife & I realized we had just found our realtor. Sandra was always patient, pleasant, and accommodating. Sandra was excellent, setting up an aggressive marketing campaign, keeping our house out there and getting lots of visits through open houses. She advised us when to drop the price and got us the sale we needed as quickly as we needed it. She kept us informed and was easy to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about Sandra Brickley. We had looked at 8 properties before we met Sandra at an open house. She is very professional and informative. Once we told her what we were looking for she took us the very next day to view our condo! It’s beautiful and checked all of the boxes. Number of bedrooms, water view, turnkey ground floor. We are extremely happy with Sandra and the quality of her work.

Sandra‘s highly motivated drive to find us a condo that fit the criteria we were looking for was unparalleled . We looked at condos with other agencies in the last three months without even being close to finding the one that appealed to us. We met Sandra at an open house and we described to her what we were looking for and to my she surprise she found one the next day, which we fell in love with. The whole closing process was almost flawless, but any glitches were quickly remedied by Sandra. Her communication skills were always on target and any questions we had. she responded in an expeditious manner. Sandra‘s experience, kindness, and calmness, exposed her to be a very experienced real estate agent. You are lucky to have such an employee that is so talented.

Sandra went above and beyond to sell my mom's condo. She had several open houses which exposed the condo to a lot of people. She was professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her and use her as my agent again.
