Suzanne was an informed and professional representative of John R Wood. She was extremely helpful in recommending service personnel who could assist with plumbing or other repairs. She is easy to work with and made the home buying experience less stressful, especially when dealing long distance. She was a joy.

Prior to listing our home in Naples we spoke to 3 different realtors at 3 different Real Estate Brokers. We chose John R Wood because their agent Suzanne Klym came prepared for our initial meeting with a level of knowledge and preparedness far exceeding the others. It was clear to us that she understood the market and went to great lengths to understand our unique neighborhood and to put us in position to sell our home in a reasonable amount of time and for a maximum, but fair price. Suzanne’s follow up and attention to detail throughout our sale was impeccable and through her actions we had a level of trust and confidence that made the sale of our home as seamless as can be. The same could be said for Barbara Morley who assisted with our sale. If your looking for a Real Estate company that offers outstanding customer service with a depth of experience and knowledge look no further than John R Wood and Suzanne Klym.

I am grateful to Suzanne for her dedication to the marketing and recent sale of my condominium. Throughout the listing process, and the volatile real estate market we’re in, she exerted every effort with restaging of my condo to reflect a more open and uncluttered environment; hosting open houses on a regular basis; conducting requested private showings; and keeping me updated with statistical information on views of my property across the various real estate platforms. She and her team exerted every effort in keeping me informed during the various stages of a successful sale and closing on my property. I have known Suzanne for eight years and also served with her on the board of a local community association. Her commitment and unrelenting enthusiasm for getting things done is admirable. I will always be grateful for our personal relationship and her professional “can do” attitude.
