Perry is very knowledgeable, available and has a great sense of urgency. We bought our first house through him and then when we were ready to make another move, he sold our house in just a few days!! He also helped us decide on our new home which was over an hour away! I highly recommend Perry!

Perry is an amazing realtor to work with. I’ve used him to buy and sell several properties and I’m never disappointed! He’s extremely patient and always willing to go the extra mile. When he sold my house in a week and the pressure was on to find a new house he took me to see what felt like a hundred houses in one weekend. He has negotiated some great deals for me as well! He’s also just a cool down to earth guy and he makes the Stressful process of buying and selling a house quite pleasant!
