Simon made purchasing our property from out of state so easy. He met with home inspectors, met with additional contractors to give some options for a couple issues, and overall handled the majority of the foot work for us to confidently complete our transaction.

Simon truly understands the needs and what the client is really looking for in the Florida real estate market. We worked several years ago with another broker in the Florida market and they kept steering us to product that was not suited for us. When we met Simon it was just the opposite experience, he listened to what we were looking for, and showed us the appropriate condo's and houses. We just purchased a small condo and plan on coming down several times next season to work with Simon once again to look for our house that we plan on living in during the full winter months. We will be referring Simon to all our friends of similar age as they are starting the process of looking down south as we were. John R Wood has a great reputation I believe because of associates like Simon.
