We chose to use Dennis Brando to find our second home in Naples because of our satisfaction with his work finding us our first one. In fact, we were so pleased with Dennis' work that we asked him to be the listing agent on the sale of our original Naples home when he found us the next one. He has an unusually complete understanding of the market, a patient style, endurance for long days in the car going in and out of houses, and a keen mind for negotiating appropriate transactions. 5 Stars Dennis and Alysia were excellent through out the process. They kept me apprised of market conditions. They also advised me when to adjust price to be in line with comparable properties. Most importantly, they helped me manage the property when I was 3,000 miles away and not able to deal with it directly. Alysia helped put up the kevalar screening to protect the 10 foot tall sliding glass doors before the hurricane arrived Then Alysia followed up with several contractors to finish getting the screening installed and the landscaping all completed. Dennis took the the buyers thru on their last walk thru and helped position the buyers and me to complete the transaction successfully. .I was very relived to have both Dennis and Alysia caring for my property when I was unable to do so for myself. Dennis and Alysia make a terrific team.
