Mari’s the best! Mari represented us on both the sale of our condo on Vanderbilt Beach and the purchase in Park Shore. The Park Shore condo purchase was off-market that she was able to secure by personally reaching out almost 40 owners in the building. I would highly recommend Mari to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate in Naples.

Mari Vesci was great to work with ! However the John R. Wood broker fee of 295. at the closing on top of a commission of over $70,000.00 was ridiculous. Mari is awesome, but next time we will seek out a brokerage that doesn't have that greedy incremental extra fee.

Mari Vesci and her team were great. We were selling our Naples condo while living in the Midwest. Mari was super communicative and was a great advocate for us. She had folks on her team to take care of everything. From cleaning to staging, even had someone to do some small repairs for us. We interviewed a number of agents before selecting Mari and I truly believe that Mari maximized the sell price in a way that no one else could have. Mari is a true pro and I would recommend her to anyone.
