We were out of town buyers from the Midwest visiting Naples for a couple months over the winter and wanted to leave owning a Florida home but didn't realize how challenging this seller's market would be. Bill and Stacey worked with us extensively showing us properties and quickly understood our interests, end goals and were very patient with us along the way offering coaching and advice. Their level of care and attention to detail takes "white glove service" to a whole different level. They are very knowledgeable about the SW Florida market, which was key to our success. Once we finally got a property under contract, they were extremely helpful with local contacts for inspections, financing, insurance, pool service, etc. They met with vendors at the house on our behalf and made sure the property was ready to close. They made the transaction very easy, seamless and their communication was over the top! For these reasons, we highly recommend Bill and Stacey and are very happy to call them our first two Florida friends as we start our new life there.
