Nico was our realtor in the purchase of our new home. From day 1 he was very professional and attentive. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services we received from Nico. He was always available to answer our many questions, and was very clear on his responses and if he didn't have the answer he didn't just give us an "I don't know" answer, he looked for and got back to us with the correct answer to our question. He walked me through the process, as a first time buyer, and was very patience with us. The service and treatment we received from Nico were exceptional and we couldn't be more happier with his work. He was always on time to our meetings, which were more than just a couple, and he was there, available and timely, even when we asked to have our own person look at things in the house just to be on the safe side. Nico Paredes was referred to us and I am so glad that he was. We were searching for a luxury vacation home in Naples, FL. He understood our requirements and, because of his extensive knowledge of the area, he found several houses that checked all of the boxes. I wasn’t sure if it was possible to shop for a home 3,000 miles away during the height of the coronavirus pandemic because I couldn’t travel to view the homes. I was elated when Nico offered to FaceTime me while touring the houses. He was objective and simply pointed out things good, and bad, about each place. Nico was so personable, professional, honest and spent hours communicating with me via text, email and phone calls. Whenever I had a question, he was right there with the answer or guidance. He made himself available to us 24/7 and was extremely helpful. I also appreciated the fact that I never felt pressured during my entire decision making process. Nico is the best realtor to have in your corner, leading your team. All went very very well and yet real estate transaction is unique, suspenseful, and your agent (Nico!) must be firmly on your side and help you to press on through each new twist and turn, and even what appear as minor details, if and when any occur.
