Michael and Marianne are amazing. We met Michael at an open house and immediately felt like he would be the realtor for us. We’ve been to many many open houses in the last year and never found a realtor we wanted to commit to helping us find our florida home. On Easter Sunday, on short notice they showed us properties. Who does that?? Incredible. Within weeks we had an accepted offer on the home of our dreams. Doesn’t get any better than these two.

Marianne Fetcher is the single reason we elected to work with John R Wood for our home search and closing. We previously had a terrible experience with a team member of John R Wood's and had sworn off working with this brokerage. However, we met Marianne at an open house and really respected her professionalism, real estate knowledge, and general demeanor and we knew we wanted to work with her moving forward. For about a half year after that we looked at properties on and off with Marianne when finally we found something we loved. Every step of the way, from offer to closing, Marianne worked tirelessly to answer our questions, make sure contracts were perfect, and generally be our advocate through the entire transaction. On several occasions we said to ourselves we were so happy to working with someone of her caliber. We are especially thankful for Marianne going above and beyond in managing an uncooperative and somewhat nasty seller's agent and for going out of her way to ensure our buying experience was not negatively impacted by the seller's agent.
