In Southwest Florida it seems that EVERYONE, is a real estate agent. If you are not from the area, getting an honest recommendation may be difficult simply because of how saturated the real estate agent population is. I attended an open house that Gayle was hosting. She is incredibly professional and very personable. I quickly found out that her experience in the industry, and knowledge of the area combined with her friendly demeanor would be a perfect fit for us. Gayle is my needle in a hay stack! Gayle allows you to move at your own pace and think things through. She is very responsive when you call or text and have questions. I never felt rushed during our conversations. Gayle showed me several properties and gave her honest opinion, pros and cons, etc. She offered information that helped us come to decision. I would highly recommend Gayle for all of your real estate needs. You will be glad you did. She is truly a gem.
