She was easy to get a hold of, and she worked hard to find the right property for us at the right price. She has a great knowledge of the real estate in the area, and had a good rapport with other brokers in the area. Kyra was nothing short of phenomenal in her efforts to sell our house. The Cape Coral market is challenging to say the least and we were given great advice as to how to best navigate the process. House sold and while it was not ideal in terms of price, it was well in line for what homes were selling for in this market. I would highly recommend Kyra to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. She is the expert in Cape Coral for home sales. John R Wood is lucky to have her on the team!!
