I went into one of Dave’s open houses. I wasn’t interested in the house but we exchanged information. He told me about the Heron Point Court property but I didn’t want to view it at that time. The following week I asked him to see the house from the open house again. My husband did not like it and he mentioned the Heron Point Court property again and offered to take us over there. We went and fell in love with it. We were hesitant to use Dave as our agent since he also represented the seller, but he was great to work with, gave us great advice and was always responsive to us and our needs. We closed on Monday and we love the house. Dave still keeps in touch with us, and he also helps us with the questions we have post closing. We love Dave and his wife Kim!

We began our Naples home search with a call to Ellen on February 1st; on March 31st we spent our first day in our new home (having closed on March 24th). The speed of this process is likely testament enough - but the real message is in how smoothly everything went. We loved (and have subsequently purchased ) the first property we saw, but the reason we were able to make a decision so quickly was because Ellen did a great job providing both perspective and comparables in a short period of time and in a thin market - with respect to properties, communities and Naples more broadly. She always moved at our speed, explaining the pros and cons when necessary, but never pushing us!! On each step of the journey she very much came across as being driven by our best interests. She was also highly responsive - texts, calls and emails were answered pretty much instantaneously - and if she didn't know the answer herself, it was amazing how quickly she could find someone who did. Also, and especially as "out-of-towners", her recommended service providers were very reliable too. We are highly grateful that we had the opportunity to work with Ellen.

Chad spent the past year working with us to find the perfect property! He was extremely efficient and incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the properties we visited. When we made an offer to purchase he was on top of everything making sure to represent our best interests! He handled the virtual walk through for us and even after closing provided guidance and recommendations for contractors. I would highly recommend Chad. He was great to work with!

From the beginning of the process to the final signing of the papers we were totally satisfied with the services you provided.Being out of state, and first time vacation home buyers, we were very nervous in the beginning. Your constant communication and knowledge made us feel very “safe” and confident that we were making the right choice. Bill was extremely professional throughout the process of our search and final purchase.We would have been lost without him. His knowledge of the area helped us secure a number we were very happy with, however Bill’s work did not end there, he was invaluable in referrals from attorney to handyman.
