Expertise and integrity are qualities that Daniel lives by. It can be very challenging to find a real estate agent that has such great attention to detail. Debbie was wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the SWFL market, knew the best pricing strategy for us and obtained an offer in less than a week. The whole process start to finish exceeded our expectations. She was with us offering guidance and education throughout the whole selling process. Diana did an excellent job as our agent. She guided us through the process by obtaining the listings, setting appoints and all paperwork that followed. Diana kept us informed as the home buying process progressed. Diana’s team member, Marie was also essential in the transaction, keeping us informed by maintaining and coordinating paperwork flow through the closing company. We had a short period of time to complete the transaction. Diana and Marie definitely assisted in making it as smoothly as possible. We would recommend using the Diana and John R Wood Properties.

Being first time home buyers, I did not know what to expect. Samantha was AMAZING and walked us through every step of the process. She was always available for all our questions and went above and beyond even though she was 9 months pregnant! She even came to our closing with her new born to ensure everything was perfect for us!! Highly recommend Samantha!! 5 stars :)
