We were a tough sale. We looked for four years off and on. And Dave and Kim hung in with us. They even helped us furniture shop and plan to open condo and arrange furniture before we get there. Wow. Represented us at closing. When we sell the condo in ten years we will use them again.

Mr Ludgate is very through, follows thru on his promises and decisions. Doesn't let major or minor glitches interfere with our goals. Is very knowledgeable of Naples idiocinkeries as well as NLCC's.
